Commander Hugh Woodrow Sims Sims-Williams, (5 November, 1906 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Awarded the Goodenough Medal and the Robert Roxburgh Memorial Prize.
Sims-Williams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 August, 1936.[1]
Sims-Williams was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1942.[2]
