Commander R.N.R. (retired) Neville Joseph Stacy-Marks (11 May, 1893 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Stacy-Marks was appointed in command of the second-class torpedo boat T.B. 070 on 14 May, 1918.[1]
