Lieutenant (Junior Grade) Arnold Marcus (26 June, 1892 – 27 July, 1917) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Marcus was appointed to the Navy on 22 May, 1909.[1]
Marcus was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant (Junior Grade) on 7 June, 1916.[2]
Marcus succumbed to injuries following an explosion aboard Shark. The destroyer Marcus was named in his honor.[3]
