Vice-Admiral Lancelot Ernest Holland, C.B. (13 September, 1887 – 24 May, 1941) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Gunnery Officer HMS Hindustan until April, 1916 then Experimental Department HMS Excellent. Gunnery Officer HMS Royal Oak unitl promoted Commander 31 December, 1919
