Vice-Admiral Francis Clifton Brown, C.B., C.M.G. (10 July, 1874 – 6 September, 1963) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
On 11 November, 1929 Clifton Brown was nominated a Sheriff in the King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice in the County of Berkshire.
Clifton Brown was confirmed in the rank of Sub-Lieutenant on 23 April, 1895, dated 14 October, 1893. His promotion to the rank of Lieutenant was dated 14 October, 1894.
