H.M.S. Constance was one of four Cambrian class light cruisers completed in 1915 and 1916.

Service

Captain Arthur C. Strutt recommissioned at Halifax, Nova Scotia on 27 September, 1920.[7]

Alterations

Constance was fitted with a director in May, 1918. This alteration required her pole mast to be replaced with a tripod mast for greater rigidity.[8]
