Engineer Vice-Admiral SIR Albert John Durston, K.C.B., Royal Navy (25 October, 1846 – 18 April, 1917) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

On the occasion of the Queen's birthday he was appointed an Ordinary Member of the Third Class, or Companion, in the Civil Division of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath (C.B.) on 25 May, 1895.[1]

Durston was promoted to the rank of Engineer Vice-Admiral on 1 January, 1906.[2]
