Rear-Admiral Henry John May, C.B. (20 February, 1853 – 24 April, 1904) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
From its inception in 1900 to his death in 1904, May was President of the Naval War Course at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich. He was promoted to Flag rank in September, 1902.
