Cole Cortlandt Fowler, C.B.E., Royal Navy, Retired (12 April, 1866 – 9 February, 1934) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was appointed to command the armoured cruiser Collingwood on 20 March, 1917.[1]
