Konteradmiral Paul Behncke (13 August, 1866 – 4 January, 1937) was an Admiral of the Imperial German Navy during the First World War, who in 1918 became the Secretary of State of the Imperial Naval Office.
Behncke was promoted to the rank of Vizeadmiral on 25 November, 1916.
