Lieutenant-Commander Thomas Richard Fenner, (18 June, 1918 – 21 September, 1964) served in the Royal Australian Navy.
Life & Career
Fenner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 March 1940.
Fenner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 March 1948 on H.M.A.S. Lonsdale, which was to be his last ship.
Discharged on 26 January 1950.
