Admiral SIR Hastings Reginald Yelverton, G.C.B., R.N. (21 March, 1808 – 24 July, 1878) served in the Royal Navy and saw action in the Crimean War.
Life & Career
Born Hastings Reginald Henry.
Yelverton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 18 December, 1830.
Yelverton was promoted to the rank of Commander on 28 June, 1838.
Yelverton was promoted to the rank of Captain on 5 September, 1843.
Yelverton was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 30 January, 1863.
Yelverton was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 29 May, 1869.
Yelverton was promoted to the rank of Admiral on 30 July, 1875.
