Temporary Lieutenant R.N.R. Charles Waterland Read, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Read was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 3 April, 1916.[1]
Appointed in command of Royal Sapphire from 15 June 1917 to 17 September 1917.[2]
Appointed in command of Bichonstaffe[?] from 12 April 1918 to 16 September 1918.[3]
He was demobilised on 19 February, 1919.[4]
