Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. Charles John Royston Webb, (6 December, 1883 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Australian Navy.
Life & Career
Webb was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 19 January,1920.
