Lieutenant-Commander Charles Alexander Headon Owen, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Owen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 September, 1938.[1]
Owen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 September, 1946. He retired on 7 December, 1947.[2]
