Commander Edmund Thomas Larken, (24 September, 1907 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was awarded the Robert Roxburgh Memorial Prize for being the Naval Cadet who obtained the highest place in the grand aggregate of marks in the Passing Out Examination at the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth.

Larken was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1937.[1] Appointed to Newcastle of the Second Cruiser Squadron as gunnery officer on 27 July, 1936.[2]

Larken was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1943.[3]
