Commander Cecil Hamilton Holmes, O.B.E. (18 March, 1906 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Holmes was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 March, 1929.[1]
Holmes was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 March, 1937.[2]
Holmes was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1944.[3]
He was placed on the Retired List on account of age on 18 March, 1956.[4]
