Captain Stephen Halden Beattie, V.C., R.N. (29 March, 1908 – 20 April, 1975) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Beattie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 November, 1930.[1]
Beattie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 November, 1938.[2]
Beattie was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1945.[3]
Beattie was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1951.[4]
Retired 7 July, 1960.[5]
