Lieutenant-Commander Hugh Alan Barclay, (10 June, 1899 – 30 April, 1940) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Barclay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 February, 1920.[1]
Barclay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 February, 1928.[2]
