Lieutenant R.N.R. Percy Clive Stanbury Pritchard, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Pritchard was promoted to the rank of temporary Lieutenant R.N.R. on 14 September, 1940.
