Captain Robert Henry Ramsay MacKay, O.B.E., R.N. (5 August, 1877 – 18 August, 1954) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Tunbridge, Wells, the son of H. R. MacKay, Esq..[1]
MacKay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1900.[2]
MacKay was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1913.[3]
MacKay was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1919. He retired on 18 July, 1922.[4]
