Lieutenant-Commander R.N.V.R. Charles David Sampson, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Sampson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 17 August, 1936.[1]

World War II

Sampson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.V.R. on 17 August, 1944.[2]

He retired on 16 January, 1948.[3]
