Robert Bruce Chandler, (9 September, 1902 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so.
Life & Career
Chandler started his naval service as Boy II and was later a Leading Seaman.
He was appointed to H 23 as first officer from 1 September to 28 December, 1930. On the 29th, he received an appointment to Valiant.
