H.M.S. Cyclops was one of four Cyclops Class coastal monitors completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

Cyclops participated in the Annual Manoeuvres of 1890 under the command of Captain Charles P. G. Hicks as part of a Reserve Fleet of the force representing the Royal Navy, headquartered in the Downs.[6]
