Commander Amyand Haggard, R.N. (22 June, 1849 – 23 October, 1905) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born at Charlotte Town on Prince Edward Island.
Haggard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 23 September, 1873.
Haggard was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Commander on 22 June, 1894.
