Lieutenant-Commander Thomas Parkinson, (18 January, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 20 August, 1924, Parkinson was appointed in command of Group "D" submarines in reserve at Portland, and for instructional duties. In early 1926, there were four boats in "D" group: E 48, L 6, L 12 and L 25.[1]
