Commander (retired) Herbert Paris Barton, (23 July, 1861 – 22 August, 1939) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Early on, Barton displayed a knack for signaling.
Barton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1884.
Barton was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 23 July, 1906.
