Admiral Charles Cooper Penrose FitzGerald, Royal Navy (30 April, 1841 – 11 August, 1921) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 20 February, 1895, vice Kerr.[1]
