The Pacific Torpedo Fleet was a formation in the United States Navy created in the year 1908.
History
The Fleet was formed some time during 1908, as it is first mentioned in the 1908 Officer Register. It was under the command of a Commander, initially comprised of three flotillas commanded by Lieutenants.

In 1909 or 1910, the Flotillas have been re-designated as "Divisions" in all American naval formations. Davis and Fox are listed with the Third, but actually were temporarily serving in the First Torpedo Division.[4]

The Fleet is not listed by Divisions in the Register of 1912. The strength is now nine destroyers, three torpedo boats, two submarines and three tenders.[5]
