Admiral SIR Richard Fortescue Phillimore, G.C.B., K.C.M.G., M.V.O., J.P., Royal Navy (23 December, 1864 – 8 November, 1940) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Phillimore was knighted and made a Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George on 1 January, 1918.[1]
