Richard Charles Clavell ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Clavell was promoted to Sub-Lieutenant on 15 April, 1912.[1]
Clavell was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 038 on 20 November, 1914.[2]
