George Norman Ballard ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Ballard was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 Jun, 1906.[1]

Ballard was appointed in command of the third class protected cruiser Philomel on 19 September, 1911.[2]
