Some within may be civilians or have entered the navy through private schools or as non-commissioned officers.  Some may have been educated under the new scheme, and should have their CatBritannia template replaced by a CatTrainEst footer, even if just as "Unknown".

Men born on 1890 or later whom are suspected to have entered the service via  [[Royal Naval College, Osborne]] or [[Royal Naval College, Dartmouth]] should be categorized [[:Category:Training Establishment Entrants of Unknown|here]] by use of '''<nowiki>{{CatTrainEst|Unknown}}</nowiki>'''
