Admiral Henry Boys (30 September, 1820 – 16 March, 1904) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Boys was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 9 February, 1846.[1]

Boys was promoted to the rank of Commander on 14 May, 1853.[2]

Boys was promoted to the rank of Captain on 17 October, 1857.[3]

Boys was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 30 July, 1875.[4]

Boys was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 9 January, 1880.[5]

Boys was promoted to the rank of Admiral on 1 June, 1885.[6]
