H.M.S. M 29 was one of nineteen "M" class monitors completed for the Royal Navy.

In 1925, she was renamed H.M.S. Medusa.

Service

Commissioned 15 January, 1925.[7]

Commissioned at Malta with reduced crew on 29 May, 1925.[8]

Reduced to C. & M. Party at Malta on 26 September, 1928.[9]

Medusa was paid off into Reserve at Malta on 6 August, 1936.[10]
