Guy Willoughby

Rear-Admiral Guy Willoughby, C.B. (7 November, 1902 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so.

Life & Career

Willoughby was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1925.[1]

Willoughby was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 May, 1933.[2]

Willoughby was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1937.[3]

Willoughby was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1943.[4]

Willoughby was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 8 January, 1953.[5]

Retired 20 March, 1956.[6]
