Commander R.N.R. (retired) Arthur Fortaleza Cummins, R.D. (3 June, 1885 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Cummins served in the gunboat Ringdove early in the war.

Cummins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 July, 1916.

Cummmins was appointed to the destroyer Lawford on 28 December, 1916.

Cummins was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 034 on 17 January, 1917.[1]

Cummins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 July, 1924.

Cummins was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 12 August, 1928.
