Adjutant General, Royal Marines

The Adjutant General, Royal Marines was the professional head of the Royal Marines. Created in the 1820s as Deputy Adjutant General Royal Marines, the title was changed to Adjutant General, Royal Marines, through an Order in Council of 21 January, 1914.[1]
