The 14-in Fiume Mark IV Torpedo was an early torpedo manufactured by the Whitehead & Company.

In 1885, the Royal Navy ordered 220 of these new torpedoes – the first order from Whitehead on a significant scale since the 236 units of Fiume Mark I production.[1]

In 1896, two of these were adjusted at Horsea, making 20.59 knots at 600 yards in 63.5 degree water, and four at Plymouth, making 22.85 knots at 600 yards in 56 degree water.[2]
