These are used on "wet" areas of a ship, such as on the foredeck, where water might be ingested by a simple mushroom vent.

It is difficult to tell if all fittings of the same size/function would be of the exact same design. It did not seem to have a sealing ring at the base. I could not see any orifices on this item in my plan, so I omitted them. This item would likely be painted steel, but that is Tone's guess.
