This typewritten pamphlet offers specific detail on the Mark V Dreyer table.  It was apparently one of at least 4 pamphlets comprising the "Guard Book for Pamphlets on Dreyer Tables". 

My copy is a black-and-white photocopy generously provided me by Bill Schleihauf.  It lacks the table of contents a few prelimiinary pages, and some of the plates but I have assembled a rough outline.
