My copy is a black and white photocopy of copy 141 which resides at TNA.  A circulation note dated June 13th, 1917 indicates that this version obsoletes a 1915 edition (C.B. 137).

This is brilliant handbook rich in details on aiming and tactical background not found in the Torpedo Manuals, which are meant more as a reference for internals of torpedoes and upkeep of shipboard electrical systems.
