I have a black and white photocopy of this compilation. It was intended to consolidate a list of "lessons learnt" for the various actions of the Grand Fleet over the course of the war. My copy was generously provided by Byron Angel, and starts on page 3. It lacks a table of contents, but I reconstructed one from the text.
The individual memoes comprising the work are Grand Fleet Gunnery and Torpedo Orders memoes, and they are numbered.
